No — just leave your bins at the curb on your regular pickup day. We clean after collection and send a text reminder the day before.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use only eco-safe, biodegradable products that are safe for your family, pets, and the environment.
Can I pause or cancel?
Subscriptions have a 4-month minimum commitment. After the initial 4 months you can pause or cancel with a quick text or email. One-time cleans have no commitment.
What if I'm not happy with a clean?
We inspect every bin before we leave. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we'll make it right.
